The Perfect BBQ
This past weekend I hosted the best BBQ ever! It took some work ahead of time to make the most of it though. The week before I trimmed all of the trees and pulled weeds. Five days before I cleaned the patio and detailed the patio furniture. Three days prior I went grocery shopping for all of the dry goods I needed to cook with and cleaned the house. Two days out I prepared all of the sauces and marinades, mowed the lawn, cleaned the BBQ, and confirmed the guest list. The day before I bought all of the veggies I needed and did all of the food prep that I could. With all of this preparation all I had to do on the big day was fire up the BBQ, cook, and enjoy myself.
