The Importance of Bathroom Task Lighting
The most important piece of bathroom lighting is the task lighting around your mirror. This is especially true of the main bathroom that you intend to be using every morning as you get ready for work, school, or any other endeavor. Proper task lighting will allow you to correctly see your face without shadows so that you can apply makeup, shave, and dress properly. On the other hand, improper task lighting will cause shadows to fall across your face, or worse, your whole bathroom to be dim. If the task lighting around your mirror is not right, you will end up missing spots when you shave and applying makeup in the wrong places. This may not be a big deal for a few days, but over several months will have you running back to the home improvement store for another bathroom renovation.
