When choosing your wedding photographer you need to first look at their photography style. Generally speaking there are two main styles to look at:

Traditional

The traditional wedding photography style is where you have the bridal party posing for photos; you would most likely get the standard shots such as the bride & groom kissing tenderly, with the bride’s veil covering their heads.

Photojournalistic

The photojournalistic style captures more candid moments throughout your wedding day in a non posed way. You’re likely to get shots of the bridal party goofing around or an intimate joke shared by the bride & groom.

Both styles are equally beautiful in their own way. When choosing which photographic style you want for your wedding it completely comes down to your personality and what kind of wedding photos you would be happy to hold your wedding day memories forever.
