<p>That will give you an idea that all brokerage firms are not created equal.  Some will request a retainer on the front end to move your timeshare, don&#8217;t do this.  There are many firms that can market your timeshare in such a way that they are only paid once your timeshare sells.  Likewise, find out what their experience is and how many they represent.  You may want to find one that is seasoned, but not over burdened with other clients.</p>
