Setting up a Motorhome Awning
Adding an awning to your motorhome is a quick and easy way to make some more room for storage, or for protection from the wind and rain. There are many different kinds that do different jobs. The most basic are the retractable motorhome awnings, which simply fold out either by way of a manual winch, or a motor. These are the least expensive and the easiest to operate.
Next are the stand alone kinds, which as the name suggests, are able to stand in place on their own. They can be attached to the side of the motorhome with a few straps, which are designed to be easy to throw over and take off. They are ideal if you plan on moving from camp site to camp site, or if you wish to go out somewhere without having to set up camp everytime.
