Preparing for a big rain storm
It can be stressful when you know the first big rainstorm of the year is approaching. Make sure that all the trappings of summer have been brought in from the yard and that you’ve put on your lawn furniture covers so that they don’t get too wet. Make sure that your gutters are cleaned out so that water doesn’t build up on the room and come into your attic. Make sure that you don’t have anywhere to be that day, or buy a full set of raingear so that you are prepared to go outside without getting soaked to the bone. If there’s any thunder and lightening with your rainstorm, don’t risk going outside at all since it can be dangerous! Good luck with this year’s rain storms!
