Precautions for Laser Hair Removal
The prices on laser hair removal have come down drastically since to procedure was first approve by the FDA about ten years ago. More and more people are having the procedure done, but most aren’t aware of the different precautions you should take before the procedure to ensure you have the best results. First, you should try to avoid the sun for a month, and preferably two before you get the treatment. This is because the lasers work very well on light skin, but have a hard time on dark skin and may cause permanent skin lightening if you are too tan. Also make sure that you have shaved off all the hair in the area you are having lasered the same day as the procedure to avoid having any stubble for the procedure.
