Plyometric Workouts

Learning some plyometric workouts will help you in your endeavor to jump higher.  It may seem impossible to you now but you can teach your body how to jump higher you simply need to follow a plyometric program.  Once you know what to do it is only a matter doing that will result in improvement.

So how often should you do plyometrics?

They should only be done twice a year because they are so intense.  The body can’t take that amount of impact for long periods of time.

How long should each training last?

Doing plyos for a month or even 2 months is good and then you should take a break for a while to allow for recovery.  But don’t worry you will see gains very quickly with plyos.
