Muscle Building Supplements That Worked For Me
Ok, so we all know that the nutritional supplement market is unregulated and seemingly as chaotic as the old wild west. The supplements aimed at people trying to lose weight and those trying to gain muscle are often the worst offenders of them all.
Many of these supplements are completely worthless and do not work at all. Heck, some of these pills have even killed people! Remember ephedra, anyone?
Well let me just say that I am no expert, doctor, or scientist. However, I can say that a few supplements have given me real, tangible results in my efforts to get bigger and stronger.
One example that turned out to be effective was nitric oxide supplements. It definitely gave me a noticeable “pump” while I was working out, and I felt a surge of energy along with an ability to workout much longer and with more intensity. This, of course, led to some nice gains in the weight room and some pleasant results with adding on muscle.
The most obvious supplement that worked for me was creatine. I packed on the muscle quickly, and got noticeably bigger and stronger. Unfortunately, my stomach is also sensitive and was easily irritated by the creatine supplements.
Despite the great results, I decided it was not worth the constant cramping, bloating, gas and diarrhea, so I had to stop taking creatine. I then tried some of the so called testosterone boosters and estrogen inhibitors. These did absolutely nothing for me, despite costing me 4 or 5 times the price of the creatine.
