Making your home office more ergonomic
Now that so many of us are burning the late night oil in our home offices while the rest of the family enjoys their stress-free lives, it can helpful to bring some ergonomics to the home. If you use a laptop on your lap to work, that’s the worst offense you can commit. Buy a wireless keyboard mouse and at least sit at an appropriate desk in a good strong chair! Pay attention to both eyestrain and any pain that you have have in your wrists or fingers as these can indicate an unhealthy level of work. A wrist support system can also be helpful if you have pain after typing. Many offices can consult on home offices in order to make sure that you do as much work as possible.
