Finding that your home has boring or worse, ugly, downspouts is well, a plain downer.  So, why not invest in some great looking rain chains and make your home feel good again.  Not only do these chains add a bit of flair to your boring gutters but they can also add better functionality as well.

Where traditional gutter downspouts are designed as a square tube that simple flushes water away from your home from your roof, a rain chain gently and graceful whisks it away and places it evenly among your plants for a more landscape friendly approach.

The downspout chain is no new invention.  They have been used in Japan for many many years.   They can vary in design from a simple interlocking ring type chain to something more decorative like strung bells or flowers.  These help to gently catch the water that leaves your gutter and drop it into a basin below on the ground.  This process keeps your plants healthy and your home protected from the water runoff.
