Fruit such as low-acid orange juice, peach, apple cider and strawberries; vegetables such as cooked onion, garlic, leeks and sauerkraut; meats such as lean ground beef, scrambled eggs dipped in butter, chicken salad, eggs which have been fried, tuna salad, fish that has been fried, beef hot dogs or pork hot dogs and ham; dairy products such as yogurt, yogurt that has been frozen, 2% or skim milk, low-fat cottage cheese and cheddar cheese; grains such as granola cereal and garlic bread; beverages such as non-alcoholic wine, non-alcoholic beer, cola and beer; fats and oils such as ketchup; sweets and desserts such as low-fat cookies.
