Exercises to lose love handles

When you have love handles, it makes your life so much more uncomfortable. You can’t wear your favourite clothes any more and the clothes that do fit, fit very tightly. And you may not even be aware of it, but excess stomach fat is very dangerous. It can lead to a heart attack, no matter your age. So it is very important to do exercises to lose love handles specifically. Doing random exercises won’t work. You need a well planned workout plan. Your workout plan should include cardio as well as strenght training exercises. Together with this plan, you also have to follow a healthy eating plan. If you want to lose weight, you would have to consume less calories than you burn (eat less) or you would have to burn more calories than you eat (exercise more)
