Exercise For Women Over 40

It is scary to think that the age of retirement seems to be creeping higher and higher. Before you know it you could be 80 before you end up retiring! With this in mind its very important to ensure that your body is going to last the duration of your working life. I’m not talking about breaking down or dying but I am talking about making those days less painful and more enjoyable. How do you do that? Exercise!

Exercise for women over 40 is something that is always hot topic around the gyms. You will usually find a group of women in the changing rooms or gossiping outside about what the new fad is, you so and so lost hundreds of pounds on this diet and how they haven’t seen their ankles for years. This may sound bitchy to you but in reality, these women are just asking each other for a nit of help and guidance. What would I say to them if they were to ask me how to lose stomach fat for women? Get on and do some body building!

Bodybuilding works by burning off loads of calories and then defining your muscles. If you want to lose weight quickly then combine bodybuilding with a 1500calorie a day diet ad watch as your new body transforms in front of your eyes just like a butterfly. Before long you will be telling all your friends about how you lost loads of weight and got a gorgeous flat stomach in months and they won’t be wasting their time on faddy diets any more. The best part is that even if you aren’t that interested in bodybuilding, you can always watch the fit guys strut their stuff while you pretend! I can’t think of a better way to spend a day.
