Eliminating the Pain of Tennis Elbow

Wearing a support brace for tennis elbow is also beneficial. It works by spreading the amount of strain induced by your elbow all throughout your arm and it provides warmth which is therapeutic as well.

You can also perform an exercise for tennis elbow that involves gentle stretching and flexing of the wrist. If in case there is an onset of pain while performing this exercise, you can just stop and give your arm more time to rest. Once you feel that your arm is ready, it is just then that you can continue with this said exercise.
