Dealing with a broken laptop trackpad

It can be really annoying when the trackpad on your laptop stops working. The most ideal solution to this problem is simply to replace it. This can be a costly repair if your laptop is out of warranty. If you are handy with tools, you can also order the right part online and replace it yourself, but this is only a wise decision if you have done repairs on sensitive electronics yourself in the past. If you can’t afford to place it now, you can also just use a wireless laptop mouse for a while: they are cheap to buy and may even be more comfortable to use then your old track pad! Once you start using a real mouse, you may find no real reason to go back to your old trackpad!
