Can’t Sleep? Always Tired?

Do you find that you can’t get off to sleep at night even though you are tired through the day? This can cause even more tiredness throughout the day and you again feel the need for a coffee.

This is not a healthy way to deal with your tiredness because a lack of sleep has a knock on affect to your health. It can mean that your organs and body doesn’t recover quick enough and doesn’t get the rest it needs to keep healthy. The amount of caffeine in your body isn’t very good for you either as it can be a little addictive and can cause your blood pressure to raise meaning that you are more likely to get heart disease. In order to deal with the tiredness properly you need to analyze your sleeping patterns and alter them so that you get a better nights sleep.
