Tanning beds are a great way to get a full body tan, without the embarrassment
of going topless at the beach, or bathing in your backyard where anyone could look over the fence. Buying a used tanning bed will enable you to develop, and maintain, a tan in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
New home tanning beds are expensive, costing more than two thousand dollars for the cheapest. A cheaper option than a bed is just a tanning lamp that you sit under, however these are ineffective at focusing the rays evenly across the whole body, and using one can result in uneven tanning.
Something more and more people are doing is buying used tanning beds. These can be found on the internet (ebay, craigslist, etc) or you could advertise for one in you local newspaper. Another good place to try is tanning salons, as from time to time they sell old commercial tanning beds when they purchase new ones.
