BPA in Baby Bottles
BPA has been a very common chemical in plastics for many years now. The discovery that it is harmful to the planet as well as to humans exposed to it resulted in the removal of it in plastic products. This includes bottles of all types. Now you can find BPA-free baby feeding bottles. The material is actually a little denser in appearance, which only means it will be a little harder to see the level of milk in the bottle at feeding time. This may result in a little more time, but time that is a small price to pay for baby’s health. The problem with BPA is that the government allowed levels of the chemical are tested on adults instead of babies. This can cause unsafe levels of BPA in baby products.
